This Privacy Policy describes how Forefront ATL, Inc. (“Forefront,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit forefrontatl.com (and related marketing pages), use app.forefrontatl.com (the “Platform”), or otherwise interact with our websites, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
Account and profile information: Name, email address, phone number (if provided), username, profile photo, bio, social handles, portfolio or brand details, and other information you submit when you create an account, complete onboarding, or update your profile.
Business information: Brand or agency name, billing details, team member invitations, and related account settings.
Collaboration and campaign information: Applications, messages, briefs, deliverables, files, approvals, and other content you submit through the Platform.
Payment-related information: We use Stripe to process payments and payouts. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Stripe collects and processes payment and identity verification information according to Stripe’s Privacy Policy. We may receive limited information from Stripe (such as payment status, last four digits of a card, or Connect account status).
Communications: Information you send when you contact us, join a waitlist, fill out a form, or respond to surveys or support requests.
Marketing preferences: Your choices about email or SMS communications, where applicable.
Information collected automatically
Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, pages or screens viewed, links clicked, referring URLs, and dates and times of access.
Log data: Server logs and error reports used to operate and secure the Services.

Create and manage your account and authenticate you.
Process transactions, hold and release funds for paid collaborations as described in our terms, and facilitate payouts through Stripe Connect.
Send transactional messages (such as login codes, collaboration updates, and account notices) via email or other channels.
Respond to inquiries, provide customer support, and communicate with you about the Services.
Send marketing or promotional communications only where permitted by law and your preferences; you may opt out of promotional emails at any time.
Monitor, detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our terms.
Analyze usage trends and improve user experience, performance, and reliability.
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
3. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information in these circumstances:
Service providers: Vendors that help us run the Services (for example, hosting, email delivery, analytics, customer support, payment processing, and database or workflow tools). They may use information only to perform services for us under contractual obligations.
Other users: Profile and collaboration information you choose to make visible on the Platform (for example, public creator or brand profiles, campaign details, or messages within a collaboration) may be seen by other members as designed by the product.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Stripe’s use of your information is governed by Stripe’s policies.
4. Cookies and tracking
We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to:

Measure the effectiveness of communications and marketing (where applicable).

Email: We send account-related and collaboration-related emails as part of the Services. With your consent or as allowed by law, we may also send newsletters or promotional emails. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link in those messages.
SMS (if offered): If you opt in to SMS, we may send messages related to your account, campaigns, or marketing as described at sign-up. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out by following instructions in the message (for example, replying STOP) or by contacting us. We do not sell phone numbers collected for SMS.
6. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain business records. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data and how it is used.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate. Those countries may have different data protection laws than your country.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the latest version. If we make material changes, we may notify you by email, through the Platform, or by posting a notice on our website.
